Question by candigirl: What's the top 5 best VOIP , virtual phone numbers, call forwarding phone providers?
I need to set up a virtual Phone service using any of the services listed. Does anyone have a company you use that doesn't give you any problems. I am preferably looking for a great call forwarding company.
