Question by C B: Can you cancel a texas car purchase made over phone or internet?
I made the mistake of purchasing a car over internet & phone and paying a $ 500 deposit on Saturday. Today is Monday after. The agreement is via email. Is there any recourse other than requesting dealer to not charge my credit card for the deposit. Thank you.
