Question by Charlie: I wish to create a voip billing system where I can use various voip sip providers. Is there such a platform?
I want to use various providers to set up my own provider service. Some providers offer better prices to certain areas than others so I wish to combine these to get the over all best rates to resell. Is there a platform, pref OS, to do this?
