Question by ericcoz: Poor VOIP quality due to jitter?
I am trying to determine why I have, at times, such poor quality VOIP. I ran a test at http://myvoipspeed.visualware.com/index.html and determined that my problem is a high rate of jitter. Here is the data:
Jitter: you --> server: 8.0 ms
Jitter: server --> you: 3.6 ms
